Marin, after nearly 10 years at Frey+Cie Elektro AG, you can certainly explain what makes Frey+Cie Elektro AG stand out.
Marin: We are convinced of the importance of our work and unleash the necessary power for it. Over 300 experienced and highly motivated specialists handle all electrical installations, including in the field of renewable energy. What is your connection to electromobility?
Marin: We installed the first charging solutions when e-mobility was still in its infancy. Frey + Cie Elektro AG has therefore witnessed the significant changes of the past decade. Initially, we didn’t know if e-mobility would even take off. Today, things are very different. Especially in combination with photovoltaics, e-mobility is now a key to a successful energy future.
simplee: As a Project Manager for E-Mobility, how has the development of e-mobility influenced your job?
Marin: Just like at the beginning, we still install charging infrastructure in single-family homes, private parking garages, and public parking lots. However, our business model has evolved. In addition to installation, we now also offer the option to rent charging stations. For property management companies, we take over the entire energy cost billing for parking garages. These billing services allow us to save the management companies a lot of effort, giving them more time for their core tasks. Of course, this requires reliable charging infrastructure. Time-consuming operations due to malfunctions would be labor-intensive for us and could lead to a loss of trust among management companies. That’s why the reliability of Easee products and your competent support services are extremely important to us.
simplee: When did you first come into contact with Easee?
Marin: At a simplee workshop. When we first saw the Easee charging solution, we were amazed at how much technology could be packed into such a compact format. Back then, an average charging station was almost as large as a tire cabinet and very cumbersome to install. In 2020, we put our first Easee charging infrastructure into operation, and since then, Easee products have been our preferred choice for our e-mobility projects.
simplee: Why do you rely on the charging solutions from Easee?
Marin: We can rely on Easee charging stations to ensure that the implementation of a charging infrastructure runs efficiently and smoothly, which saves us an invaluable amount of time and effort. Of course, we also like the design, but aside from the attractive design and good value for money, the combination with photovoltaics is becoming increasingly important for us. Easee stands out here with dynamic phase shifting and super simple integration into other systems. It’s great for us to see that we’ve chosen the right product. Now that we have a large number of stations in operation, we can confirm that we are very satisfied with the reliability of the Easee charging stations.

Marin:
